Delete Your Online Data

To remove your online data from the Tally My Cash app, please follow these steps:

  1. You must be logged in to initiate the deletion process.
  2. You must have app version >=3.3.1 to initiate the deletion process. You can check your app version by going to About section.
  3. Navigate to the Back Up section of the Tally My Cash app.
  4. Here, you will find a button labeled "DELETE ONLINE DATA". Click on this button to delete all your online data.

Important Considerations:

  • Clicking the "DELETE ONLINE DATA" button will remove only your online data, not the data stored locally on your device.
  • Your backups and email will be permanently deleted from our server upon confirmation.
